Are you shy? i am... and i hate it!

how can I stop being so shy? I never know what 2 say... like talkin to boys or talkin to people on aim. what do I say? what do you say to people? I don't know

aim is easier for me to talk to people because I can't see them. say, you know, what's up, how are you, or tell them something that happened to you that day!

I'm reallly shy too! in person, anyway. at school I'm sooo shy. at dance class in the dressing rooms, I'm loud, but in the dance studio, I do not say a word! my dance teachers are all like, but she never talks and this other one said, and I have no problem with that! so I guess sometimes it's good to be the quiet and shy one, but in social situations, it isn't the best asset. look it up on wikihow. it has something about being shy.
