They are different.
Male ejaculate contains: Prostate Specific Antigen, Glucose, Potassium, Sodium, Chloride and Spermatozoa which is directly responsible for fertilization.
Female ejaculate will contain: Prostate Specific Antigen, Prostate Specific Acid Phosphatase, Glucose and Creatinine but it can also contain(it can vary from one woman to the next): Prostatic Acidic Phosphatase, Potassium, Sodium and Chloride
Female urine contains all of these but at lower levels which specifically differentiates between urine and female ejaculate.
Real female ejaculate is still in a bit of a debate. It does not have any such definate role in human reproduction and doesn't even contribute to sexual lubrication as it's more water like than the normal female secretions providing lubrication and in fact counters the natural vaginal lubrication.
All women will secrete some real female ejaculate during sexual intercourse very few produce quantities that are detectable from other normal vaginal fluids. It has been found in many women producing apparent ejaculate that the expelled fluid is often a mix of some urine and ejaculate.
