Shaking none stop and sweating

For the past 2 hours I've been shaking none stop and sweating and I dont know what it is, does anyone know? I know I should see a doctor but I wanna see if anyone knows what it is first! Tyvm

Could be a panic attack, does it also feel like you cant breathe good? if so then it could very well be what I mentioned.
