If my girl told me she wanted a sex change, then I would back her up 100%. She would still be the same person I fell in love with, regardless of her physical gender.

Its all depends. If you really love that person care about them than you shouldnt feel uncomfortable. To be honest I might feel wired but if I really cared loved them I would still be there for them no matter. Its like you gettin a sex change afraid what others might think of you or how your loved ones will take it. Its a hard line to walk. if you bi whats the difference? You go both ways, it wont change who they are.
