Asked by soconfused14 7 months ago, 3 answers.

I'm 14 and when I was like 9 all my teachers, relatives and doctors were all like wow hes so skinny! I think he needs to put a bit of meat on those bones!!! and no matter how much I ate (I ate a whale load in food a week) I never put on weight....

Suddenly when I was like 12 I was puttin on what my parents called puppy fat and they said would wear off what with school P.E. and im now 14 and im kinda fat for my height (51). I look disproportional. haha. Anyway I've been doin exercises. 5 mile walk, 200 situps a night, exercise bike. But I aint losin anything. Any good simple exercises because I suffer from a deadly disease so I dont do much exercise. the disease is lazy-fxckitous. lol. anyway any advice would be gr8. cheers

well you're 14 and for a male, it is normal to feel a little uncomfortable in your body at that age. You've still got a few years to grow, and you might be stacking on a little weight in preparation for a good growth spurt.

I think the 5 mile walk and 200 situps every night is a good amount of exercise. Perhaps try to eat a little better. stop drinking sodas and super sweet fruit drinks, and drink water and 100% fruit juices instead. male friends of mine lots quite a bit of weight by only drinking water instead of sodas. They lost like 15 pounds in a couple weeks.
