Best exercise equipment I ever used is a swiss ball (might be called an exercise ball where you are- basically a rather large ball that you can sit on.) A lot of exercises that you do on it work on your core stability (around your abs), and you can get really toned, really easily. You can get them pretty inexpensively, I just saw one on Amazon for US$14.99-most sport stores have them. Exercise sheets usually come with the swiss ball, or you can look them up on Google. Just type Swiss Ball Exercises into a search engine, and you'll get some good hits. My favourite is just sitting on the ball with my legs straight out in front, my arms out at my sides and just using my tummy muscles to keep balance- takes a while to get the hang of it, but you gradually keep balance for longer, and it's great for the abs.

Honestly it depends on what you want to do. If you want a low key workout but one that still tones and sculpts your body...Belly Dance http://www.naturaljourneys.com I use the ones with Veena and Neena theyre twins obviously lol I normally do the belly dancing before bed, However if you would like something more up beat, I also do Tae Bo Amped every morning before I eat (they say it's the best time to lose weight btw and it's when you lose the most weight fastest) But you have to find something that is comfortable for you and that suits your personal lifestyle
