What are some good banana recipes other than bread?

Does anyone know any great banana recipes other than banana bread? I have a ton of banana that need to be used up. Do you know any websites with good recipes?

Banana-White Chocolate Pancakes

Original recipe yield:
20 pancakes

READY IN 25 Min

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups all-purpose biscuit baking mix
3 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the baking mix until moistened, then add the bananas and chocolate chips, and stir to mix.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Flip over once bubbles appear on the top. Cook until browned on the other side. Serve hot.

what about banana wafer pudding its where you get those vanilla wafers banana pudding and cut up bananas

you make th pudding and cut up bananas stick them in there then crush up a little bit of the wafers and put them in and then put whole ones in it and let it get really cold and enjoy OMG its so good

Ooooh... 'nanner-puddin' is goood...

Peel the bananas and freeze them. Then you can have them on hand to make smoothies w/other frozen fruit such as blueberries, cantaloupes, pears or apples. Can also make healthy ice cream w/frozen bananas.
