I would suggest not getting too into this guy you've met on the net. As I'm sure you know there are many dangers and many people are not who they seem.
Regarding your question, I'm sure you didn't scare him as it was normal chat. Just talk to him again and maybe ask why he didn't reply. It's nothing major to worry about lovely happy
