well how long have you been keeping it up for?
exerscising and eating healthy is the best way, but it takes a bit longer to see results
(its worth it in the end though!)
perhaps your not doing specific areas that target specific body parts like the hips, thighs, stomatch, ect.
also things like sleep and stress can also affect your weight
how long have you being doing excersise?

I've beeneating healthy and excersising, right.
I've lost about 12 lbs.
eat a little less, and burn double of what you eat.
why don't you try taking an activity, like soccer or ballet?
