Why hello Becca...This is Sarah. I'm no hairstylist but my aunt is and this is what I'm working on. What I suggest you do is go to town, I would recommend Shoppers Drug Mart, and get the latest Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and conditionner and a spray-in conditionner. You can get it for dark, medium or light hair. Get the specific kind for your hair (Damaged) and wash your hair thouroughly, and than wash it a second time about 10 min later while you're in the shower. Than, apply in the palm of your hair, an excessive amount of conditionner. Leave it in for about 20 minutes when you get out of the shower and than rinse. Apply some spray in conditionner to your hair and leave set for about 4 minutes and blowdry. Your hair should be soft and silky. Hope this helps!
I don't know if this will help all , but There are some wigs out there that might have the colour you want and While your treating your hair, cover it with a wig that looks beautifully natural and snug to your head . . . if that works at all . . cuz you know , you Can hide your embaressing color you have now with the wig while you fix Your hair.
