when I was a teen a group of us used to go Ice Skating, it not only keeps you fit it gets you kids off the street and you learn a new skill and it's fun.

or if you have no cash, you could gather a bunch of friends together and ask em to ask there parents if they wanna play rounders or baseball we also did this as kids and the whole street including the parents had plenty of fun.
