no cause he is over 18 and your under 18 if yall were three years appart or less then yes you could but that is pedifile for him. until you are 18.

sorry hun, no. its still illegal. went throught he same problem (15 and 19), from my experience, just forget him, usually they end up screwing you over (not literally).

my close friend didn't get caught and they had a 7 year age gap. she was 16 and he 23. she's now 20 and he's 27 and they're still together and very much in love.

if you think he's worth it I say go for it but be careful to not get caught. and avoid giving in to temptations such as doing it in the backseat of the car cause that is clearly very dangerous. :p keep things on the down low and hopefully things'll be fine happy

It depends where you live and what you're talking about. In most countries, a non-sexual relationship would be okay. If sexual then it depends on the country's/state's age of consent; if it's 16, then you're both fine. If it's 18 then it would illegal to have sex and he would face prosecution on anything such as unlawful sexual intercourse or statutory rape.
