I am very angry right now towards some questions and comments and answers that are posted up here aimed towards jock/emo/punk/preppy/goth people... it is every1!!! we all have something against eachother! like emo people hate preps(not all do) and preps or other people hate emo/goths and whatever!!! I am not trying to start fights... I dont want to make people feel bad, or polotic type things... I really dont know what I am doing, I just want people to relize peoples feelings get hurt. and it is very stupid and uggh... I just cant believe how heartless the nicest people can be on here! I am not aiming this towards any specific person... we all have said something bad about someone but why constantly make some group feel bad!! I hate it!

no not all emo people cut some do and some dont it all has to do with the person in question.

yes I do think that they are stupid.

because they just dont understand what makes the person react and do the things they do.

because they just dont get it and to except it they need to understand.

first off, emo is a type of music, but the intrepretation of it has changed a lot over the years. so if you're going to label yourself, I don't know why you would choose 'emo'. and you talk about all the "hatred" towards other people, but isn't judgment a form of hatred? and isn't labeling a person, judgment? just saying

yes they are people should learn to hate people for how they treat them not by who they are

because people just have that in their brains that they're better or that the other is bad because of popular belief

because of how they were raised or how society views things

I'm probably one of the few girls who think it's necessary. I mean like, except for all my friends, who agree with me. It's like this: I'm not in any of the cliques you listed . My clique was the highest in the female hierarchy. You could call us 'preps' or 'populars' but I don't know how to describe us. We weren't quite preps because although we wore A&F and AE, we went to parties on the weekends and drunk our brains out. We only had a few common traits; we all were super hot, skinny, pretty, wanted, had older boyfriends at the time, were worshiped by the school. No exaggeration. And like, if there was no cliques, then the world would be mad! There would be kids with glasses and AV nerds sitting with US! In our society, we need cliques to tell people where they belong! Otherwise, its like, ew! I've noticed that the only ones who hate cliques and the institution of popularity, are the ones who are really super low on it. Like the nerds and geeks and outcasts and things. So yeah. I'm all for it, surprisingly.
And I'm probably going to get all this hater-mail from some retarded scene kids going BLAH GAH ITS PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO...BLAH BLAH I HATE CLIQUES AND YOUR A LITTLE BIITCH etc.

well first off unfortunatly I know the girl in the picture and she isnt you
I dont think any hair style or cut looks "ratty"
sometimes it does when people go OTT with hairspray and you can see it
its obviouse that they dont all cut
self harm is self harm...its not "emo"
if someone self harms they have a mental problem and need help with
it has nothing to do with being emo
...this is what too many people get confused over
...both people trying to insualt them, and kids who are emo and think that others cut
