the less you eat the more you will weight before you lose any weight. starving yourself is the worst way to lose weight. try eating 6 small meals a day and plenty of water and milk. (milk helps you to have a much smoother period, trust me it makes you feel better.) then after your period is over go running every morning and night. about a mile a day, it's fine to take plenty of breaks.
ok, you know deep down this isn't necassarily the best way to loose weight, don't you?
I know they bleet on about it, but you really really need to have a small breakfast...even if it's just a bannana, it kick starts your metabolism and gives you energy!! v v important!
BREAKFAST IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN HAVING A SLICE OF CAKE!
then have something for lunch, and dinner... portion control is important, but you still need to ensure you're getting enough nutritionally...
your body really is a machine, and everything works together, and like a car, every part of you has needs, and those needs have to be met, otherwise the parts pack up...and getting replacements isn't so easy!
just have food, but eat healthy...snack on almonds, a 250g serving of almonds in your diet won't make you put on any weight, however, they are very nutritional and contain lots of the GOOD essential fats a body needs...(a study done in the UK, results found in the nursing times)
I have seen other girls go through this silly routine and they have ALL ended up gaining weight. See, when your body realizes that you are giving it very small portions of nutritional meals and good fats, your body will store as much of it as possible (thus making you gain weight every time you eat a good meal) because your body does not know when will the next time you eat well will be. does this make sense? your body is just tying to keep you alive in a very fundamental way.
yes, you have your period etc but this does not necessarily mean you cannot do simple exercises (I hope so) such as walking for a bit, using dumb-bells while you walk, or doing some reps on some weight machines. the point is to get your body moving, and keeping a good heart rate.
eat normally, and of course as others have said in moderate portions. Recognize when you are full- but definitely EAT. Dont east fast food, drink soda (at all) try and replace this with seltzer, more fruits and veggies, good sleep and exercise...then you'll see results.
I'm not going to go all health freak on you and tell you how wrong it is to eat like that, I've done it before no matter how ''thin'' people say I am I really don't think I am, I went a whole month with eating 1 low fat yoghurt a day and drinking nothing but water, I lost HEAPS of weight, I wouldnt reccomend it though, I was too weak to do anything and felt sick when I tried to eat more than a yoghurt a day, it got to the stage where I could only eat half then I would be sick.

drink a diet coke for lunch, and eat a small dinner and tiny piece of cake would I lose any weight maybes? or if I have a small dinner and drink a diet coke for lunch everyday for this week, would I lose weight.
btw I cant really...
work out. I have my period this week and it doesnt really feel good to run
