Another of my poems
People have said this is my best poem, but I am not so sure.
I wouldn't mind some constructive criticism.
Speakers on full blast,
Seemingly emitting ear-splitting Silence
Drowned out by the noise of thoughts,
Swirling, bouncing around our...
head,
Screaming to be heard.
Kept inside, it builds up,
Waiting for the moment.
One too many,
It bursts out
Too much energy...
too soon
The sound is silenced before it reaches the lips,
An amplifier turned off.
Closed to the world
A life blown out
It's titled Heart Attack.
