I've been anorexic and bulemic at the same time..
Anorexic means your starving yourself.
Bulemia is when you force yourself to throw up for fear of gaining weight.. either way it's just bad for your body.. One thing you should look at is the REASON you are Loosing wheight and the REASON you are throwing up.. It could be a subconcious reaction to your fear to gain Weight.. You need to be balanced in your decision to be healthier.. If you are under UNDO stress this could also add to the sudden Spewing..Stress has a Major effect on our bodies which can in turn Subconciously cause a physical reaction.. Try to analyze your situation.. Look from the outside-in on yourself and try to find the book 'The Power of The subconcious Mind' this may help you find your underling cause.. Also, when we :Shock: our systems By Suddenly changing our course it can cause a physical reaction such as puking if your suddenly feeding your body different stuff then it's used to.. Try to wean yourself off of Sugars, Carbs, ect. if this is what you are suddenly avoiding.. Slowing cutting back is better then try to 'Crash' diet.. Your body can adjust better.. It's just like Smoking for 20yrs and suddenly quiting you can actually do more harm going cold Turkey and put your body in undo stress.. Hope this helped I know it took me years to be well balanced with my body.. I was 15 and I could put my fist inside my chest under my Ribs and still thought I was Fat! So, I know how it feels to be scared to be fat.. But I also know now I'm healthier then ever and my body is not being sacrificed for it! Good Luck!

Ok well I just started to slow down and watch what I eat.the bad thing is I've been pukeing a lot and I don't know y.I dont force it.im not skinny im chunky.I dont want to looose weight but I want to get tone.my parents think im trying not to eat its just when I do it I get full sooo fast!!!like I barley eat!!!all I drink is liquids.my dad thinks im depressed but I don't know why I would be,,,what do I do?!?! I just stoped eating as much as I used to.
