How can I stay anorexic without binging?

ok, I have been eating between 300-500 calories for about a week now. and today I just got really hungry and ate probably about 1500. and I feel horrible. how do you stay anorexic for a long time??

I give in to my hunger any tips on how to become anoriexic and staying. I want to be as skinny as nicole richie. and no one say that thats stupid

Put an elastic band around your wrist, then everytime you start craving food, snap it until you only think of that, not the hunger.
Also, hunger is good, it means you're loosing the weight, so learn to like the sensation.
But it goes away after awhile (the hunger).

Make sure you drink a lot of green tea, in order to keep your metabolism up.
Otherwise your body will store every little thing you eat.
Don't listen to the people who are saying 'just diet and exercise'.
It takes so much longer.
I've been anorexic for three months now and I've lost an incredible amount of weight by just eating a little bit of vegetables each day.

If you only eat 300 to 500 calories per day, you will be doing serious harm to do your body. No responsible person is going to give you advice on how to be anorexic.

If you just want to lose weight, you will have to eat more so that your body does not go into starvation mode and slow your metabolism down. If you are anorexic, however, you will probably have to get counseling.

Nicole Richie is very unhealthy and I dont know anybody who would want to be like her she doesn't make good choices and you should look up to someone else please!! If you want to be healthy and skinny!! excercise and go on a healthy diet and have atleast an apple a day or fruits and vegetables!! Good Luck!!=]

I think that to lose the amount of weight you want you should stick to one fruit or veg as your food and only eat that, but not a bunch of times a day, just once a day, I eat green apples, but I am a purging anorexic so... yeah... but stick to a low carb or negative carb fruit or veg, and exercise A LOT!!! so... yeah... I hope I helped... btw, I agree with you, nicole richie is beautiful, I would love to look like her

I have pretty much the exact same problem you do.
when I get bored, all I want to do is eat. but instead of eating I get gum or brush my teeth. it actually realy works.

hey im with ya I wana look just like her but have a bit skinner thighs the girl who was talking bout the rubber band dats a great trick I use to use it about a year ago now except sometimes you av 2 hide your arm caz it gets all red anywaz do you av aby more tis??? how much exersise do you suggest I do at the momment I do abot 60 to 80 minutes a day on the tredmill which means I lose about 120 to 150 calories and I also do 150+ situps I do this everyday today I av eaten lettuce, vita biscut which is the whole meal 9 grain one and 4 dinner I had a a small amount of corn chips let me no if you got anymore ips asap chrrze 4 that
