Can i take indigestion tablets to help me lose weight?

im 14 and since last december ive had on and off bulimia but now im not eating. does anyone know if this is just anorexia or bulimia and just not eating. also im not taking any fluids and feel relli dizzy when i stand up. im also forever checkin gmy...

weight and even when i do eat i have to go up to mi room and be sick somewhere then throw it out. i was just wondering if it would be ok for me to take indegestion tablets to help lose the wight as well??

2. Start eating.

3. Stop checking your weight.

4. Don't take indigestion tablets. They only mess up your digestive system.
