How do I save myself before it is too late?

I am unfortunatly anorexic and I am also scared. Last night I thought I was having a heartattack but it was a side affect to the eating dissorder. How do I save myself before it is to late? I heard that admitting is the first step but it is hard to you know.

First off I think you should tell someone you can really trust I.e Parein that kind of thingnts a mate
or a older sibling

Or you can call a helpline who specilise in that sort of thing

I agree with the above but you should also go to someone you trust and allow them to make sure that you are eating every once and a while

I am a recovering anorexic! and god am I glad I got help!!! if it has got this serious the first thing you should do is get help!!! get yourself admitted to hospital, once you do that they cant turn you away!!! it is very scary doing this! trust me I no!! but if you really want to get better belive me this is the right thing to do!!! good luck!!! xxx
