I can never stress this enough when I say COMPLIMENTS! For instance as you walk by him compliment him (a real one) Your shoes are awesome! He'll most likely say Thanks! Right there he's noticing you! Compliments make people feel special.

If you are to scared to say hi by yourself ask some friends to come with you to say hi to him.And from then on you can start conversation.Personaly I think there are other ways like 'accidentaly' bump into him e.t.c hope I helped.:-)

everyone gets shy around a crush no matter how old or young you are. just get some of your friends to go with you and it wont be as hard just think of it he might be shy to say anything to you too so this might break the ice between you two
