Annoying slang?

So what slang words do you find the most annoying? For me, its
legit (meaning true)
ex. Yeah dude thats so legit!
sick (meaning cool)
it just confuses me
and the last one is
false (used to say no)
ex. Uh, false ryan.

I've always hated "my bad"

I don't mind the word 'legit' because its actually just a short form of legitimate, it isn't like a whole new word. I don't really get annoyed by slang now and then but some people over-use them though for sure and that gets nerve racking.

yeah I just get annoyed because people say it only because it sounds so cool
like they have their own dictionary lol

I hate when people say chillax. lol.

My GLOBAL teacher says "thats MINT" instead of thats awesome...SO ANNOYING

I hate the whole paris hilton "thats hot" saying.

yeah I hate when someone tells you to 'chillax' when your mad and it gets you even madder..
and when people say 'raaaged'...
I took a fond likin 2 the word 'ragin' tho!!

ahh mate I like the word mint, its used a lot over here in the UK. I hate the words "crease" as in; "yea mate, that was such a crease!" Its means funny apparently. Stupid pikeys from canford heath use it haha

I hate rad and chillax

I'd have to saying "minging", meaning unpleasent, thankfully it has almost died out now.

uh legit is cool unless you say it annoyingly. and lets not diss sick, I say it when I think somehting is really cool. man, your bashing your bff! and I HATE my bad! it makes me want to kill babies

lol unrelated / related... not slang exactly but same degree of annoyance: words with those dumba*s sound effects or tone inlections, shaaawing, bow chica wowo, booyah.

Anyhoo (nails on a chalkboard to me).

Coinkidink (as opposed to coincidence...for some reason, when I hear this word it sounds like something Barney the dinosaur would say, which is probably why I hate it.)

Peeps (me and my peeps...I take pride in being nobody's "peep"

And the changing of words that end in "s" to "z", like boys, girls, kidz, fryz, songz, etc.

mellow like:Dude that was totally mellow,meaning cool?!
