Annoying boner

Ok so veryday so far since I turned 13 I've been getting boners every morning when I wake up and I also get one when I go to bed aswell it's so god damn annoying is this normal? Is there any way I can help get rid of it? Please help

Ah, the joys of puberty. Boners are a normal thing. Most every man wakes up with one in the morning. Thus the phrase Morning Wood. They can be caused by many things: tastes, sensations, feelings, etc. Of course, many things may cause them to go away, too. Usually the Morning Wood can go away just by going to the bathroom and draining yourself. At night, you can deal with it, masturbate or think of something really gross (Grandma in an evening gown...ew).

It's all normal. It'll continue for most males well into their 30s, maybe 40s. It'll calm down as you grow older, though. No worries. You're not weird or anything. Just normal. 8D
