I'm kind of worried. when I get mad, I have a temper and I just feel really violent and I don't know where it comes from. most of the time I don't do anything so all that pent up energy just blows up sometimes and I end up punching the hell out of an...

unsuspecting pillow or sometimes a wall, unfortunately... but I fear that my anger might get out of control and I may really hit someone. how do I calm down? I just can't see anything when my blood starts to boil, it really bothers me...

hmm maybe you should check this out with a doctor.
no one ccan really tel you anything if you cant see anything when you get upset you havr o take dee breaths and calm yourself down. good job with the pillows yhough . as for your fear of hitting sojeone once you feeel the tiniessst bit like you will reach your braking poing you need to walk away and calkm downn

One thing that is a natural way to calm down on your own and teach yourself to control your emotions is Yoga. Check out yoga some time. It isn't all these complex bends that you always see but you can at least do the breathing exercises and they help to calm and relax and make you feel better mentally and physically. Try it some time. I've known people to get into situations where they either panic or get angry and can quickly calm down after remembering the things yoga taught them.
