yeah starit in a journal that can help say anytihng and evrything. then later on when you build up the confidence or feel ready find a really good person who you trust and tell them how you feell. so then theyy'll share wit you there advice and how they feel and u'll be able to not only make a good, trusting realtionship with that person BUT also be able to spill at least what you feel outloud even though its not the person who needs to hear it. you know??
soe yea then thngs will fall into place and ull soon be able to speak up . neevrr keep anythin bottled up it makes you all emotionally jussst lost and it makes it harder-trsut me!! lol
buuttt yeah. or what I like to do is meditatie/ daydream bout that person and be all tough dreamin what I would do and it makes me feeel bettr because I thought of what I could say and I SOMETIMES end up saying what I rehersed in my head lol or juss at least expressed my anger and let it go.

okay... so here it is...
I seem to have anger issues...
I am usually quite cheerful...
but the sometimes I just explode at people.. -__-
maybe its because I always bottle everything?
