Anger issues:(

I have a really bad temper. I can get really angry and lash out at my famiy.I feel like im about to explode and I throw things.it gets to the point where im unconrolably swearing even at my mom. im just really angry about my situation and my past. how...

can I control myself when I get this way?this just happened because I found out my sister took my cell to the bar. I had a really bad rampage just now and I cant stop crying and I even had to turn off the movie my mom and I were watching and I yelled and threw stuff. sometimes I can feel the anger wave comming on and it scares me I cant control it.WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

That's how you cope with your feelings. Anger. That's how I am... instead of getting upset, I just get really pissed off.. as I've gotten older, I've learned how to control it better.. what really sets me off is when people take/use my stuff without asking. It's rude. I would say maybe try anger management. If you feel that anger wave coming on, just get away from the situation.. go outside, take deep breaths and just try to calm down. I know exactly how you feel and it sucks. Hope it gets better! 3

what you could do is buy a stress ball or scream into a pillow. cause to tell you the truth, screaming into the pillow can actually help you feel less angry

someone needs to slap you silly - figuratively. I bet if you joined the Army, that crap of raging would stop right quick. So don't wait til someone makes you stop... just stop. Your mom probably does not deserve that. why don't yu find something to really be angry about... like pup seal hunting or air pollution or animal abuse and use it for good.

I do have things to be anygry about trust me...my parents divorcing, getting kicked out, not talking to my dad for 6 months, losing a friend 2 years ago,changing high schools...and so on. I just let it all build up then it just explodes. im not some spoiled brat. maybe I have a hormone imbalance or something wierd lol im just a basket case

Can I suggest taking a martial art? I also have a bad temper but when I started taking Judo I learned discipline AND got to take out my anger physically on the mat! LOL! Once you;ve been grappling w/someone and flipping them over you let out a lot of the anger inside and after you feel more calm. Plus I'm in the best shape of my life!
