Well if you're really worried about this then go to some Anger Management classes. But if you don't want to then think to yourself, WHAT is making you angry? And why does it p*ss you off so much?
not to sound harsh or anything but it may just be anger management problems, where you can't hold in your anger, and you just let it out in such a negative way!! you should try relaxing, and getting away from life every once in a while... and just have a little of you time!!
find something to help you channel it.
I'm the same way.
Music is good. Writing stories or even just writing down how you feel and why.
Find some kind of escape doing something you love where you can forget everything that stresses you out and makes you angry
you might have a chemical imbalance. I know that doesn't sound right but listen to this for a minute.
Some mental disorders, such as depression and anger, are passed through the blood line because of genetics.
I'm not saying that there aren't things you can't do to counter this. You should just try to notice when you are about to get mad at something. Then try to take steps at countering the anger you feel. Breathing excercises works. Or counting slowly to 10. Sometimes people wear a few rubber bands around their wrists and snap them when they are getting mad.
Maybe you have a lot of anger built up inside you and you just need a positive way to release it. Try drawing or even playing video games. Something to take your mind off of it.

I get so angry over a lot of things. I get annoyed and embarrassed very easily. I have broken many pencils and a fine point sharpie just recently. I also throw things across the room (like for example, the phone, I was in a conversation that just annoyed me and I threw it and left a mark on the wall) I have been like this for years, what is wrog with me?
