My dog has a red bump right next to her anal. It is bothering her cause she licks it all the time. When she does that, it starts to bleed. It is the size of half a grape.

Take her to a vet

Sounds like she has an anal sack (gland) that is irritated. Yes you will need to take her to the Vet to have this looked at because the problem is on the inside.

could be infected anal gland, or a growth that could be caused by cancer
