What can i take for anemia?

Im a 14 year old girl and im anemic and I hvae extremely dark circles.. does anyone suggest good multivitamins for low iron?

Dear eri911,
I've always been told vitamin K but you would have to see a doctor as to how much and if you can take it.

Were you diagnosed with anemia by a doctor? There are different kinds of anemia. Your Dr. needs to address the cause of your anemia. Anemia can be part of other serious conditions; it isn't the sort of thing you should try to self-medicate.
