Some women need more stimulation than just straight sex provides. He should use fingers to directly stimulate you.

Or, your estrogen levels are low. A women can't orgasm without sufficient estrogen production, and this is a day to day thing.

Just for the record...at least for me...C*mming and an orgasm are two completely different things! A girl can c*m without having an orgasm. It's still a relief but it's not the complete full-on effect of an orgasm. Some girls can get off completely from intercourse, but others can't. It's normal, most females can only orgasm from clitoral stimulation. Use more foreplay, and stimulate that area while having intercourse. That should up your chances of an orgasm with having sex.
