Fill your rectum with warm water and expell. Keep doing this until your rectum is completely empty (of body waste). Wait a while (20 - 30 minutes) and repeat. This is important as body waste sometimes remains high up in your rectum and only repeated enemas over a lengthy period can completely clean out your rectum. Your rectum should then remain completely clean for a few hours.
