Ok im a little sexually active for my age and none of my friends are I like to have fun and just hang out with guys im not easy I just no how to have a good time I don't give myself to them... But if I say make out with a guy for just fun and were not...

dating my friends get all mad and everything and don't talk to me do you think that this is normal or should I be mad?

you are not wrong some people develope quicker than others but I would wait till you where older to go all the way. it will just cause a lot of unwanted stress for your age and enjoy being young whilst you can

^That kind of behavior has NOTHING to do with developing quicker^. It has to do with morals, and self respect.
Theres nothing wrong with hanging out with guys, but making out can lead to other things. Guys are always looking to go further. Your friends are only concerned for you.
