Am i too young?

I am no 12 year old and I am not 20 but I am basically in high school...am I old enough to have a boyfriend and am I old enough to have an intimate relationship? And how big is a big age differnece? ik I asked this sort of in another question but only...

one person answered and I need to know...to make this easier you can check out my other question...What's the difference...please answer all three questions!!!

You're not a teenager until you're 13. And I made the mistake when I was 13 of getting into a relationship with someone older and he took advantage of me and sexually abused me. He would make me give him hand jobs and stuff they that and if I tried to let go, he'd hold my hand on it and move my hand up and down. He's also force me to let him finger me. Don't get into a relationship with someone older than you. If you're a teenager and you're asking if you're ready to be in that kind of relationship, you're not. No one can tell you when you're ready, except for you.

your in f***ing high school dont think to much have fun!! but be safe! boys are cool... don't have sex til your ready ... I would say save til marriage but ... thats not very realistic in this day and age unless you are very true to that point. any way ... dating a guy older than 18 is illegal... so if you were thinking of getting with a 20 year old then ... think about that some more beside people will think you are a w.h.o.r.e. assuming thats even your problem. how ever if you were ready to date you wouldn't have to ask. but just have fun! by the way not all guys who are older are bad... they arn't all out to get you. but just don't do it because its not that cool.

Of course I won't have sex jeez I am no slut and thx for your concern I am sorry to hear that that happened to you sad I had no idea sorry! I feel really bad now! but yeah the guy I like is 4-5 years older but does that matter? I know two couples that are young but a lot older than me and they are in love and well 10 years apart and like I said they are in love now I am not saying that I love this guy but I like him!

How can it be illegal they got marride?!?!

well im not sure about your age. but if you truly are older than 13 or 14 then sure, go ahead, date.
just be safe.
not just sex wise, but who you trust and who you spend your time with.
its good to have funn, just make sure its all things you can handle.
and I agree with tanda.
save sex until your ready.
physically and mentally.
wait untill you know you can trust the person and you know that their truly the person you want to loose your virginity to.
as far as an age difference goes I have a different veiw than tanda does.
I think age is just a number, and you should date anyone you really trust.
but someone over like 22 would be a far fetch, depending on your age.
it isnt true that dating someone over 18 when your underage is illegal.
I know that for a fact.
it only becomes illegal when you start having sex.
just be safe and if you do date an older guy make sure hes not expecting anything.
guys like that seriouslt arent worth your time.
be safe and enjoy yourself.

Thx for the advice I agree age is a number to tell the truth I am a few days over 14 and the guy is 18 going on 19...for more info go to my other question what's the difference on this subject!!! ik its like 5 years but is that a big deal? I know him sort of like of him and I am NOT planning on having sex with him after all I know for a fact that we are both virgins! but siriously please check out my question ... what's the difference... please!!

I agree 5 years isnt a big deal, but you should wait until your 16 atleast if you want 2 have sex. What was your other question? This is an interesting topic.

your not to young I dont regreat datin guys when I was realy young cas every thing is a learning experiance every thing and every one I've dated or known has made me who iam now and going threw relationships and getin my heart broke so many times had made me a stronger person I know how to handle myself know and I know what to watch for, just remember dont do some thing you may think ull regret a few years down the road

Any guy over the age of 18 is TOO old for you. They are considered an adult, and have NO reason dating young girls. You need to stick to boys who are no more than 16 years old. Thats why there are laws...to protect minors from pediphiles

okay hon... I checked out your other question, what's the differenc and answered it as well, but with this question... heck, I stared dating when I was in gr 7... tho it wasn't that serious :P but if your in high school... then I don't see why not?... just don't get too carried away that you forget about your friends! and sure... you can find an intimate relationship, I'm 17 and so is my boyfriend... and we've almost been together for 2 years =) if you want things to happen... you got to make them happen! as for your last question...I answered it in what's the difference - if you're like 15... and you've got your eyes on a guy that's 20... than that's wrong... and it's what people would call peodhiple!! anyhoo... hope that helped! =)

no offence at all with this one but it might be best to make a set time in yalls relationship before you do it. I am 16 and my girl is 15. I have decided that I will atleast try and wait a year in the relationship before we have sex. recently though we have done things most people would consider sex(inserting me into her) but neither of us has reached climax doing that. a few days ago she said she really wanted to but today when I told her I got condoms to be safe she said we wernt going to be doing that. it is her time of the month and I think she was around her dad(the decline was in a txt). we are both stillvirgins meaning the farthest we hae gone is with each other. any way what im trying to say is your mind could change afterwards. just be safe if you r gunu do that
