It depends on your definition of virgin - as it's different for different cultures and religions.

In western/american religion the common belief is that you are a virgin until penile-vaginal penetration.

Yes you are a virgin even though you have been fingered. The only way you are considered not a virgin is if your cherry has poped. If you saw blood come out of you while you were getting fingered or fingering yourself.
