If you feel comfortable with him and want to tell him then tell him. It won't be good to lie to him but if you don't feel fully comfortable with telling him then you don't have to. You have the right not to tell someone something that you don't feel comfortable with.

Not all girls bleed their first time either. There is a chance but it's not a definite thing.

I would not count it as taking your virginity, because rape is not the same thing as having someone that loves you having sex with you. It will be like your first time because it will be different than rape, because it will be your choice.
