Should we break up because of our age difference?

I am in 8th grade and he is in 11th grade.
my friends think its a bad idea to be dating someone that much older.
we dont plan on having sex but they think we will end doin it and ill regret it.
Some of my friends dont mind but most of them think im an idiot,
I think that if we brake up it will be the most painful thing ever.

Do you think we should stay together or brake up?

I think the age difference is pushing it. When I was in 11th grade, I really did not have much in common with 8th graders.
