I have had sex with my boyfriend twice and the condom pop on me twice... but he did not com inside of me does that that mean that I pregnant if our two gentical touch and also I have had my period on the second week of each month but this month it has no started am I'm pregnant.

You still could be...thoes little sperms swim like fish....but don't panic just go get a preg test at the store...it's quickest way of finding out the truth.

obviously your boyfriend isnt putting the comdon on right if it keeps 'popping' as you say, make sure he nos how to do it properly to avoid this in future. And yes you could be pregnant becos there is sperm in pre-c*m and he may have entered some inside you, so give it a few more days and if you still havent got your period, take a test or see your doctor.
