it could be possible as men release pre-cum before they actually ejaculate. They can not feel it coming and it does contain sperm and can get you pregnant. Although the weight gain is unlikely to happen so quick. You can actually convince yourself you are pregnant and get pregnancy like feelings. Although I would still recomend taking a urine test on the first day that your next period is due. Good luck and remember you need to use condoms all the time as you can still get pregnant.
