No, you are not overweight, far from it, depending on your bone structure, you could probably stand to gain a few pounds.
In my 38 years of life, one observation I've made is that women are their own worst critics.
You're BMI (body mass index) is 17.0699. BMI of 18-24 is considered to be healthy (normal). You are underweight, possibly headed towards anorexia.
BMI is arrived at by dividing your weight (109) by your height squared (67inches, 67x67=4489), and multiplying by 703 (W / Height squared x 703)
Obviously this is a general calculation, Bigger boned people will probably be heavier and sometimes show as overweight because of this.
I am 5'9" and weigh 160 pounds, my BMI is 23.625. When I was in my weightlifting stage of life, I was up to 190 pounds, which while it was all muscle, would have me technically overweight, thankfully, I'm past that and just try to stay in reasonable shape for a 38 year old male.
I hope this helps, you shouldn't worry about what other people think of your appearance, if it's that important to them, they are probably pretty shallow people and not worth your time. Just be healthy and yourself:-)

No, you shouldn't stop exercising. You could probably eat more, but make sure it's healthy food.

You're underweight, or at least very close to it, I suggest slowing down with intense exercises and eating more meat. Meat is healthy unless in overabundance and a much healthier way to gain weight than eating junk foods. Personally I was very light for my height about 5 years ago so I ate tons of junk food till I'm at an average weight, now I work out to tone my body which has been working great. But I don't know if that's what you would like to do...
109 pounds for your frame is a bit underweight.
To be considered normal weight, you would have to be AT LEAST 120 pounds.
From your pictures, you are totally cute! Why worry about weight? You're young, have fun! You are nowhere NEAR being fat, so don't worry about it.
