Maybe instead of biking for two hours after dinner, just bike for one hour, or run for half an hour and bike for one hour.
I think you should only have that schedule 6 days a week. Or on the seventh day, take it a bit easy and don't do the after dinner bike/run.
Your schedule sounds really good though. If you are burnt out, then take a small break.
Peace

Am i overtraining?
Im an expierienced runner but I increase my training now to 1 hour of biking at 5 a.m. and then a run...Then I have cross country practice and then after dinner I bike for an 1 hour or two. Is this to much? Will I burn out before the end of the season?...
And when I take a day off will it injure me because my body is so used to the schedule?
