ahhh come on! be comfortable with ur wieght!! ur not fat..in fact thts perfectly normal and perfect! but if u really have a problem with it...maybe start keeping track in what u eat....make the healthy choice when picking snacks etc. for ex: if u want candy for a snack...pick mixed fruit! also get more exercise...if u dont like running or jogging....go for a long walk with a friend or with ur ipod! i have a lot more tips so message me if ur interested....but..
