This isn't really a question, but the best/easiest/healthiest way to lose weight is drinking a massive amount of water at least over a water, and NOTHING else.

You seem to gain a few pounds but that can easy go away withen a month if your serious. Start running around the block and take baby steps when it comes to cardio. every day you should have 30 to maybe the most an hour of any cardio attivey. of course cut down on fatty foods, but just trie to be more attive (if you arnt) to eat less you can eat mini weats in the morning that fills you up and has fiber. it will be hard at first to learn to run long, but if you take the baby steps you'll be fine. Just take alittle jog, low intensity burns fat. drink a lot of water so you flush out, but do eat during the day DO NOT drink massive amounts of water over water and have no food in your body.
an easy way to loose weight is to exercise like aerobis, do tae bo (the funnest thing ever), etc and drink water and eat healthy...we just had a whole health class about it
