am I pregent I have been peeing and shitting at the same time all at once latley feeling dizzy and my side hurts like crazy!! so could I be in the stage of pregncey??

Doesn't sound like your pregnant to me, as I have never had your symptoms except for a horrible case of the stomache flu, food poisoning, or appendix?? You need to get a test or see a dr.

Have you missed your period? Thats one of the very first signs of pregnancy. Sounds like you have the flu.
