Am I just being paranoid?

Okay I'm 14 currently going out with a boy. It's going really well just this past week I've been feeling paranoid about him. I'm feeling paranoid because I just dont think he is acting the same with me, also he says he was going to make it up to me because he had to cancel our plans to see eachother and he is like 'I've made up my half.' and I feel like he's just done nothing to make it up to me and he trys to get me to make it up. Also he has two best friends. They are girls and he has been out with one of them but she dumped him, so I feel like that he hasnt let her go. Also the other girl, he asked her out and she said no so he selfharmed himself and I found out last night about it, I found out because he showed her what she had done to him. So I feel like he still has feelings for them two or I feel like he only went out with me just to take their place.
Help anyone?

You are only 14. You have some growing up to do. Quit worrying about it.

your probably right. Most teenagers are trying to act too mature for their age.
