Okay so I know this is asked a lot. but...yeah.

im 5'3
and weigh 131.

is that good or bad. and how much shoul I weigh?

you are not overweight.
you can weigh anywhere from 113-140 I think.
im not sure though.
but I know for a fact, youre not overweight (:

Don't go by BMIs. They are for people between 18 and 65 years of age.

You should probably weigh 105 to 110 pounds to be at the 50 percentile level for your age and height.

You may be a little overweight but that is for you to decide. If you are happy as you are than don't worry about it. If not, then look at the information below.


How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?
