Don't starve yourself or throw the food back up. Its not good for you. If you really want to loose weight just watch what you are eating and exercise.sometimes I feel the same way but I just try to go for a jog every night.
I really think that your weight is fine. You are not too skinney, but you are definetly not over weight at all. Do not make your self sick, that is just stupid...I'm not saying you are, I'm just saying that that specific action is.
If you want to lose some weight, try working out. You can lose weight, get a very nice/ toned body, and you will have a lot more energy.
Do not damage your body. You were given it to take care of it, and life is to valuable to be lost especially towards a stupid cause. You are not fat. Do not make your self sick, because you do not need it, YOU ARE PERFECT. Remember size is just a number and it doesn't refelct who you are or what you can be. You are yourself and size is nothing that relates.

excersise is awesome and then right after you can eat a bunch because your body is still burning calories
First of all, you sound like you are just fine. I am 5'5 adn 135. It sounds like a lot, but everyone says I look fine too.
It sounds like you are causing yourself psychologicaly speaking, an Eating Disorder. You don't want to have one, because it controls your mind, and it controls your lifestyle. Instead, if your feeling like you want to lose a little weight, that's fine...running and cardio will help you to lose some weight, but don't go overboard. Your beautifull, so just know that people love you, and you don't need to change for anyone.

Am I fat or just paranoid?
I'm 5ft 2 I weigh 122llbs and I feel I am too big... everyone says I look fine but in myself I find im too big... I want to be about 110llbs... am I being stupid... is this too light for my size. I sometimes make myself sick especially if I have eaten chocolate or fried foods... I try to hide this from my family! I feel bad for doing this but I really want to loose the weight and quickly and this is the only way I know how! Please help and tell me what is happening in my head.
