Am I fat? or is it just me?

Hi it's me again with another problem...I think I'm fat, there is 3 years difference between me and my brother (I'm 13 hes 16) and there is half a stone between us (I'm 8 and a half hes 8) I don't look fat but I feel it, how can I feel better about myself?

Well if you feel fat try doin gsomething you like to do that doesntr make you feel fat.. Take a walk outside, eat healthy it wont help you lose wight but thats not the point, itll make feel healthy and good about yourself

hi kayleigh if you are realy self conscious about the way you feel you could try a low fat diet by or you could try to eat two meals and two light snacks a day for acouple of weeks if you wanted to get more infermation about it you could visit you doctor. good luck.

Well you can always go on a diet like the one previously suggested and add some exercise time into that also.

Put more whole grains and produce into your diet and cut back on sugars. 6 small meals a day ( every couple of hours) - When you eat 3 large meals a day, your body thinks it is starving in between meals - so it stores fat. Then you need to add exercise.

you are not fat well I dont think you are any way I no I am fat my mum is only 9 stone and I am nearly 8 stone and I am 13 and my mum is 41(old init) but look ok you only think your fat cso you feel it I feel fat all the time and I no I am fat but I have tried a diet with no eating junk food apart from fridays and I dont eat after 8:00 because your body dose not burn of the food that you have eaten and I have lost 3 pounds in a week you should try it send a message to Fun mail me for more advice

what you have to do first is make sure you dislike the way you look because if your happy with the way you look, you'll have a harder time changing your body because you'll think your doing fine and you'll start letting go. become confident and start eating healthy if you dont already. eat many fruits and veggies and always have protein in your diet. its possibly for you to cut out carbs completely like my friend did and she lost 50 pounds, but its an unhealthy way to go. exercise often like going for a walk for an hour a day. stretch often and set a goal for yourself each week like 'this week I want to run more' or maybe 'this week I'm going to have more fruits.' try not drinking any soda, it'll help and always remember, if you want to be fit and happy with your body, do it the HEALTHY way.

try on clothes that look good on you and then you know you got a nice body. and judt take care of yourslef
