Am i fat?

Im 14 5'5 and weigh 145...I feel fat and my mom says I need to lose weight but I have to eat like ever 4 hrs or something.what are some real easyw asy for me to lose weight?

I would say if im honest your not too bad you could lose 10-15 lbs but your not that fat at all

Eat healthy!!! happy There is no short answer! There are two books I can really recommend, the first is The easy way to lose weight and The Makers diet. it is good to eat every four hours, just change what you eat. Eat food that will make you feel full for longer! Like a legume stew or wholewheat products. Addiction to unhealthy food is exactly the same as being addicted to nicotine. There are toxins in unhealthy food that we get addicted to, so we start to have cravings!!! Change your motto to eat to live an not live to eat!! It is about being healthy not thin happy
