There is no short answer! There are two books I can really recommend, the first is The easy way to lose weight and The Makers diet. it is good to eat every four hours, just change what you eat. Eat food that will make you feel full for longer! Like a legume stew or wholewheat products. Addiction to unhealthy food is exactly the same as being addicted to nicotine. There are toxins in unhealthy food that we get addicted to, so we start to have cravings!!! Change your motto to eat to live an not live to eat!! It is about being healthy not thin
