I am 5'2 and I weight 140..and im 13...I have a small muscular frame...

I am 5-7 and weigh 138 we are not fat we are thick I feel the same weigh but trust me WE are NOT fat!

The more muscle on your body, the more you weigh. You can't tell if someone is fat by their height and weight. if you have 'a small muscular frame' you just answered your own question. If you're fat, you're not small, or muscular.

140 is overweight for your height. But if you're muscular, that would change it. I heard from somewhere that muscle was heavier than fat.

And it's barely overweight, so you're probably fine.

you are not really fat, just do a little exercise.
