you are normal, if anything , almost underweight
you need to change the way you see yourself in the mirror
and eating one ,meal a day certainly isnt helping you
by not eating you become weaker, not skinnier
how can you expect your body to run when you only feel it one meal a day
food is fuel, without it youll feel weak and sluggish
and not to mention its messing with your halth and body
Omg...its always skinny people that ask that question! lol Why is that?? Dont ask this question anymore. your tall and im sure quite slender and I'm sure underweight and you should b eating more to get your metabolism going. your body will definately feed off your muscle and then you could be left w/sagging skin and bones and certain parts of your body would look loose and then you will think your fat. The truth is, your not eating at all. Sounds to me like your pretty unhealthy. you should b eating at least 3x a day w/3x of exercise per week which is normal and easy to do. you will feel stronger mentally cause obviously you dont rite now since your asking this question and physcially stronger.
ooo eating only one meal a day will slow down your metabolism and actually make you gain weight. You need to come to your senses and not do that. I feel so sorry for women in our society with these pressuring weight issues always on our minds. Men, you have it sooo much easier. lucky bastards!

Am i fat?
I am 5'7 and 120 lbs. Am I too fat? My friends and family all tell me im skinny but I think they're just trying to make me feel better.
Im only eating one meal a day if that.
