Am i fat?

Ok- so this is weird. I have a weird body (at least I think). my boobs are huge and I hate them. I am a 34 e-f and I wear a size 6 in petite pants. I am 5'3 and weight 132. I played soccer all my life so I am pretty athletic. I just can not loose...

the weight! I tried running 5 miles a day for a month and nothing!! I tried eating healthier and running, nothing! What can I do??? Please help! I want to loose in my mid section and loosing my boobs would be nice. my sister who used to have a similar body type to mine was 5'1 and weighed 115 and she now weights 100 lbs! All she does is run b/c she used to not run. so I tried that and it isn't working for me. ...

I think you should have a bit more confadince in your self, and love who you are.
Dieting is not going to make you loose your boobs.
If you drink pop, stop drinking it, it's so bad for you.
Drink apple juice, or any kind of juice at all, like green tea, or propel.
Start eating more fruits and veggies, and eat meals with water.
hope some of those tips can help!

Shetheplauge is not correct. I am hardcore into nutrition, and in every single book, or diet I've looked at says NO JUICE! Green Tea is most definately okay, but no fruit juices.

Your body type sounds like my friends, but she doesn't have size E boobs. She plays soccer, dance, basketball, etc. and is the most althletic girl I've met, but she's 5 foot and a 125 pounds. Maybe that's the best weight/way your body functions, and there's nothing wrong with that.

I've been on a diet for about 3 months, trying to lose 15 pounds... although it's not a lot, and I don't have to work extremely hard, I have lost 2 pounds, and gained a ton of muscle. It takes about 3/4 months of at least 30 min. of excercise a day and eating/drinking healthy, and eating only when I'm hungry, to weight loss to work. I think it's because your body's not used to it.

Eat raw veg whenever you can with your meals(no dips!) , Eat chicken and fish, for your meat intake. And fresh fruit for a sweet tooth. Get used to drinking water only.(At least 6 bottles a day) Walk at least 2 miles everyday. Start swimming every day. Go to bed at a decent hour and wake early for your walks. Create a solid routine daily with the things above and stick to it and be patient. You will see the results you are looking for

every girl say they are fat, and most of them are NOT, but if you have a little chunk or less, like me, you ain't fat, girl, if other people are calling you FAT they are just jeluse, they probobly have a fat side to them too. ignore those people, everyone is pretty in there own way, mean people arn't pretty at all, because they have an ugly side to them that makes there looks look ugly.YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!
